Can graduate students avail Chapman University scholarships?

<p>At Chapman University, <strong>merit-based scholarships</strong> are offered to eligible <strong>international graduate students</strong>, which are given out at the Department Committee's discretion and in accordance with <strong>how competitive the application was</strong>. International graduate applicants are<strong> not eligible for need-based aid as well as federal loans</strong> from Chapman University. However, they <strong>can avail departmental scholarships and fellowships</strong>.</p>
