Yes you can apply for mass communication in Jagran Institute of Management & Mass communication...& yes It is an educational initiative of the Dainik Jagran Group under Punjab technical University ...For Fees structure & more you call them at 0120-2423950/51/52 or 8527622795. All the Best..!!
