Can I add physical education along with PCM neglecting English as a subject?
I got 91,97,95 and 94 in chemistry, phsyical education, maths and physics respectively. Can I get BA programme or BA Honours political science or sociology?

No, you can't neglect English I guess. You have choices amongst physical education, computer science and arts. English is such an easy subject in 12th. You should definitely study English. Stories are also amazing and you will enjoy the subject. -
The marks are good and you can get whatever you want as Bachelor subjects. You can consider you best four subjects for admission process.
