Can I admission if I clear the XAT or CAT exam? I have not taken any examination for MBA.

Not sure what you want to find. Assuming you are working and you clear an MBA entrance exam this year you would enter the MBA college with about 2 years of work experience which is ideal for an Indian scenario. You should decide where you would want to establish your career and choose an appropriate
