There are Diploma programmes being offered with class 10th as the eligibility. After your 10th, you can go for Diploma in hotel management. You can go for Diploma in Food Production or Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery. Both will be of 1 year. Diploma in Food Production: Students aspiring to become chefs or entrepreneurs can pursue the specialised course providing intensive training in culinary arts. So according to your area of interest you can choose the respective field in which you want to pursue your career.
