Can I affix 'Dr.' before my name after doing M.Phil?

You can not put 'Dr.' in from of your name on completion of MPhil. You are advised to do Ph.D in your chosen field to put 'Dr.' in front of your name.

If M.Phil degree holder has 10years of experience in same field and RCI license then they put 'dr' in front of tier name?
