Can I appear for 2nd round counselling to get a good college? I have appeared for 1st round in COMEDK.

Yes, I would surely suggest you to go for round 2 counselling if you are not getting any good college in the first round of counselling. Don't lock your selection for colleges and you can appear for round 2.
