Yes, you can take up JEE Mains for 3 times, if you are class 12th pass student. Good Luck.

Yes, you are allowed to give JEE Mains three times and JEE Advanced two times for every 12th qualified student of India or an NRI student passed through an equivalent qualification from Maths and Science stream excluding biology.

Yes, you can attempt JEE Mains 3 times but not Advanced.

If you have a particular reason than no otherwise usually they ask about the gap so you have to prepare your answer which is valid and they should find it relevant.

It is not stated by the companies, but yes. If you do not have a valid reason for the gap then you may face difficulty. However, such things if explained pretty well with a good reason can be understood by the recruiters because in the end, only your performance matters.
