Can I appear for AIEEE and IIT entrance after completing diploma?

AIEEE exams have been terminated and now instead JEE-mains and JEE-advanced are conducted for admission to NITs & IITs. These are 12th based. In case, you have done diploma after 10th, you are not eligible however, if you have done after 12th then you can appear.
