Can I appear for AIPMT exam thrice?

I have appeared for AIPMT exam twice? Once, when I was in class 12th and second after completing my HSC. In both the attempts, I couldn't get a good medical college.

if you're determined about your career in medical then you can drop a year and prepare well for NEET.You must know the fact that medical needs time,and its completely okay if you drop a year.Work hard and study well.Good Luck for your future.

I know nothin about medicals. But generally speakin, one must not go for anythin the 3rd time. If you didn't qualify even then, it will break you inside. But don't get discouraged. Yes. If you want to get a good college then you should prepare seriously for aipmt. Solve previous year question papers and model test papers .Give 100% to your studies and give up useless things like chatting etc. which waste your too much time.
