Can I appear for civil services exams like IAS & PCS after doing BCA?

Shubham, BCA is a good platform for higher studies as well as competitive exams so, surely after it you will be eligible for competitive exams like PCS, IAS etc.
These days, some universities even offer integrated/ dual BCA-MCA degree which saves students from the pressure of entrance tests as well
