Can I appear for counseling as my rank is 93037? I have not get a counseling call letter from UPSEE 2017.

Dear Utkarsh,
I think you should drop this year and try next time because your rank is poor and you can't get admission in good colleges, but you can go for direct admission or through management quota or either go for SIET-Allahabad or United-Allahabad. -
