Can I appear for engineering exam?
My DOB is 27/12/1996. I have completed class 12th in 2015 through improvement. My academic gap is 3 years.

Different engineering entrance exam has different eligibility criterion. It will be difficult to advice unless you specify your exact requirement . You may look at https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/exam for details of all engineering entrance examination options and their details.
