Hello Mohammad, To be eligible for GATE (graduate aptitude test in engineering), you need to M.Sc after B.Sc. Only BE / B.Techand B. Arch graduates are directly eligible for GATE.

It depends on your interest. If you want to go in the research field then I would advise you to do a Ph.D. For a good salaried job after B.Sc, I would say that you can do M.Sc. However, you need to do M.Sc if you want to do Ph.D.

You are not eligible to appear for GATE based on your current educational qualifications. You are eligible to appear for Joint Admission Test for M.Sc (JAM) to seek admission in M.Sc degrees in IITs and IISc.
