Can I appear for IAS and OAS civil services exam?

Hello Dear, For appearing UPSC or OPSC Civil Service Examination you atleast need to be a graduate from recognised UGC approved institutions. All the best.

To appear for IAS, one needs to be graduate from University recognized by UGC.
