    Yes, you can appear but only when you have completed the minimum age i.e. 21 years. Probably in your third year.

    Hello, you can appear in UPSC exam only when you have completed your graduation degree and should have completed the age of 21 years or more.

    You have to first complete your graduation. After that, you can appear for IAS, because the minimum age for IAS is 21 years.

    You can appear, but I will suggest that appear after preparing well, so that you can judge yourself better in terms of further planning over preparation.

    The graduation process must be finished first. As IAS requires applicants to be 21 years old or older, you can then submit an application. All the best.

    To become eligible for this exam, you must be 21 years old and must be in the final year of your graduation or should have your graduation certificate till the Mains exam of IAS.
