Can I appear for JAM exam after completing B.Tech?
I want to pursue M.Sc in maths in IIT.

Yes, you can do that. Even, if you clear that exam, you will have to face interview in which they will keep stressing on, why do you want change your field?

Then you should try for M.Tech or M.S in mathematics and computation. In India as know NIT Warangal has it. It is the only branch in NIT Warangal which has highest placement.
