Can I appear for JEE Mains 2018? I have appeared for JEE Mains and Advanced 2017 but couldn't get admission in a govt. college.

According to the government, you can appear in JEE Mains thrice and in JEE Advanced twice, so definitely you have a chance to apply for JEE Mains 2018 as well. All the best.
