Can I appear for JEE Mains exam after completing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

Completion of Diploma has no criteria to be allowed to appear for JEE Mains. You have to pass class 12th. You have to score at least 75% or be in top 20 percentile of your board. I am afraid, as u have scored only 60% in class 12th, you are not eligible.

Hello Vishnu, Firstly yes, you can appear for JEE Mains exam on the basis of your Diploma also. Diploma is considered as equivalent to class 12th by IIT, and hence you can indeed get admission into IIT based on your Diploma provided of course you have fulfilled other associated criteria. https://ww
