Can I appear for JEE Mains or any other engineering entrance exam after completing class 12th with 74% from UP board?

You are eligible, only if you are not in general category otherwise you cannot give engineering entrance exams like JEE Mains.

If you come under the reserved category then you are eligible for JEE Main, otherwise you are not eligible for the IIT Entrance exam. If you want to get guidance by JEE Main experts contact at Vibrant Academy Kotak-

You have less than 75% marks. If you come under the reserved category then you are eligible for JEE Mains, otherwise, you can only give state level and other private universities exams.

Yes, you are eligible for the exam. Your PCM score must be greater than 150 and thus you are eligible for engineering as well. You can appear for all the engineering exams.
