    Hello Dear, For UPSC and MPSC, you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions. So, you can definitely participate in UPSC and MPSC examinations.

    Yes, you certainly can. A graduate in any stream is eligible to apply for UPSC and MPSC exam. You can refer to the below eligibility criteria for applying to the civil services exam:
    1. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognised universities.
    2. Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results or those who are yet to appear for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination. Such candidates have to produce proof of passing the said examination along with the application for the Main Examination.
