Can I appear for NATA? I am a commerce student (math, accounts, business studies, economics, English).

Sir J.J. College of architecture does not announce any fixed cutoff; however increasing the NATA scores enhances the possibility. The cutoffs differ with every year with regard to seat intake and competition. In most cases, students scoring above 120-130 stand a better chance. The issue of final admission is based on the release of the merit list by the CET cell.

The NATA 2025 application process officially opened on February 3, 2025, when the registration link went live on the Council of Architecture's website. The candidates could start creating their login, filling in their personal and academic details, uploading photo and signature, and paying the application fee starting February 3, 2025. After registering, they had the flexibility to apply for one, two, or all three exam sessions (March, June, and July/August).

No, there is no single or centralised counselling date for NATA-qualified candidates. The Council of Architecture (CoA) does not conduct any common counselling for NATA. Once you receive your score, it's up to individual institutes or state-level admission authorities to manage their own counselling schedules. Each college or university determines when and how they'll conduct counselling, this includes application deadlines, seat allotment, document verification, and fee payment .
