Yes, as you will turn 18 years 9 months 16 days as on Dec 31. The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, of the year of admission or students belonging to all the categories. What I will suggest you fill the application form and sit for the examination, you will definitely get better scored for the same year. The max age limit is 25 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to general category.
