So far as I know about symbiosis centre for distance learning, it gives PGDBA which is a post graduate diploma so I doubt whether you will be able to go for net or not. Still you can visit UGC NET eligibility criteria on UGC site or you can write a mail to SCDL. http://ugcnetonline.in/eligibility.
