Hi. Yes, of course, you can. NET is an exam for becoming a professor. Everyone who wants to get into it can apply. Maybe the exams for different streams are different.

To appear for UGC NET Exam, a candidate must have completed his/her post-graduation or should be pursuing in final year of Master's programme.
