Can I appear for second round of counselling if I was unable to produce some documents in first round of counselling?

All my documents are ready except for my domicile Certificate which might take longer than expected so if I was unable to procure it before the first round of counselling will I still ne permitted for the second round of counselling?

You can do so. But, you MUST fill in the category very carefully, as you are liable to produce the correct Certificate at the time of uploading the document online, failing which your present-allotted seat may get automatically canceled, and you will be considered under the GEN category for further
