Can I appear for SNAP or CAT exam with 49 percent marks in B.Com?

Hi,
The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PWD/DA category). So, you can apply for CAT/SNAP entrance if you fall in any of this category.

You are not eligible for appearing in CAT and SNAP examination if you are a general candidate.
