You are required to confirm which entry are you targeting to get commission in Army or Navy.

It depends upon the entry for which you are applying for . Moreover 90% is good score to be eligible for all entries but do check whether the entry contain written exam or not.

Yes, you can appear for NDA exam and also for TES (Technical Entry Scheme) Exam.
