Can I appear for the JOSAA counselling?
I have scored less than the required cut-off.

Hi Gaurav,
There are some closing ranks for each NIT, IIIT and GFTI so that even if you have not cleared JEE Mains, you are eligible provided your rank is good.
Apply for the counseling through www.josaa.nic.in.
