Can I appear for the MHT-CET exam if I have completed my HSC from some other state?

Hello Pranav,
If you are from Maharashtra then even if you have completed 12th from outside Maharashtra, you have to appear for MHTCET. On the website of "DTE" whole page is devoted to this. Please go through this.
