The general eligibility criteria is a Masters degree in any subject so you need to check on the website to see if your university or institute is listed in their application process or not.

Hi,
Mostly the candidates who completed their Master Degree are eligible to appear for the UGC NET Exam, to check your eligibility visit the official site of UGC.
If you satisfy the eligibility criteria then you should appear in the UGC NET Computer Science & Application.

Hi,
Ideally, the website mentions if a PG Diploma is equivalent to a Master's degree or not. So you will have to go through the website and check if you are eligible.
