Can I appear for UGC NET exam?

I have done MA in psychology from IGNOU, but I am a BHMS graduate (5 and 1/2 years) from Health University, West Bengal. I didn't opt for UG in psychology.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET Exam. As per the required eligibility criteria, candidates must have pursued post-graduation. Before applying for the UGC NET Exam you must check the complete eligibility criteria. The exam is conducted twice in a year by the National Testing Agency, so you can apply for any of these two sessions as per your suitability. For each session, you will get at least 5 to 6 months for preparation. It is suggested to keep checking all the latest updates regarding the exam.
