Definitely you can. UPSC eligibility criteria says you need to be a graduate from recognised UGC approved institutions for appearing UPSC examinations. It can be medical or paramedical, there's no issue.

Hello! Yes, you can appear for UPSC exam because as an eligibility criteria you need a graduation/ Bachelor degree. So, if you have done your graduation in paramedical branch, then you are eligible to give the exam.
