Hi Vaishali,
As your DOB is 18/02/1981, it seems difficult to be eligible for filing for UPSC as the criteria states that a candidate should not attain 30 years of age on 1st August 2011. The Candidate must be born between 2nd august 1981 to 1 August 1990 so to be eligible for writing UPSC.
Kindly

Hi Vashali ,
The eligibility depends in which catogary you fall in . I guess for OPEN its 30 Yrs and for SC/ NT its arround 35.
