Can I appear for UPSC exam with public administration as a subject after completing MBA in public administration from IGNOU?

    MBA doesn't matters for UPSC exam. The thing that matters is your valid graduation degree, you can choose subject you have strong hold on. All the best.

    Yes, you eligible to appear for the UPSC exam. Anybody who is a graduate can appear for UPSC.
