Can I appear just for B.Com 3rd year exam through distance learning program as my college is not allowing me to appear in 5th semester exam?

I doubt it because in distance, you can get transferred to whichever year you want but not a particular exam for example if you have finished your second year and you want to quit your regular college, you can get direct admission in the 3rd year in that particular course but not an exam.
