The do not accept JEE Mains marks they just want you to clear TNEA exam.

Unfortunately, with a heavy heart, you can not able to join Anna university because to join Anna university you must qualify TNEA. They do not accept JEE scorecard.

You have to give TNEA exam for admission in anna university. They don't accept JEE Mains or advance marks.
