Can, i apply clerk for Gramin Vikas Seva Simiti UP? I completed my 3 year polytechnic diploma in IT in 2011.

I can not answer confidently, but I feel that the appointment will be in the purview of the District Authority and I also feel that the qualification is sufficient.The matter may please be counter checked at the collector's office.

Qualification is fine for Clerical Jobs. (But if it is going to be with Gramin Bank then the qualification may be raised to Graduation as per guidelines of Govt. of India)
