Can I apply directly with my graduation percentage? I am not attending any CAT, MAT exams.

No . You should write CAT in order to get admission into University Of Hyderabad. Each college has different criteria for admission, they accept entrance exmas scores like CAT, MAT,CMAT etc . Graduation percentage alone will not be sufficient
