Can I apply for 2nd round in March if I'm unable to attend the GDPI on 31st jan '16 despite of getting the admit card for the same?

Yes you will be. But you will have to inform the college about the reason of you not being able to attend the selection process and you will also have to go through the entire process again, starting from the application forms.

Yes you can apply for the second phase tooo, even though you registered for the first phase of admission process. But you need to apply again right from the first step. The first phase application will not be valid anymore for the second one. Even the ones who get rejected in the first phase can als
