The answer is yes, however keep in mind that you cannot apply for two degrees at once. The University of Delhi offers both normal degrees and short-term courses through its Campus of Open Learning. Even if you want to earn a decent grade in your graduation and have a successful career, finishing your education is advised. However, if you organise your study to include short-term courses from COL, DU, and the main college of DU, you can succeed.
