Can I apply for a government job on the basis of BCA degree instead of 'O' level certificate?

DOEAAC O Level is equivalent to foundation level course and A Level is equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. BCA is higher degree than even A Level. You are eligible to apply for a government job where eligibility criteria is A Level.
