Can I apply for a student visa in Canada?
I have 55% with an extended year in 12th class in 2016 and have backlogs in BCA May 2019. My reappear exams are in Dec 2019, can I apply for a student visa?

Firstly, you should have college admissions letter and then only you can apply for students visa.
