Can I apply for a Summer Program in France or is it only open for French Citizens?
I am from India and I want to know if I can apply for a short term summer program in France.

Yes, International students including those from India can pursue a summer program in France. You will require a student visa for the same. Since, visa process takes time you must apply early. However, US citizens do not need visas for short summer study abroad in France. Also, citizens of the European Union do not need a visa.
