Can I apply for admission in a government collage if I have a compartment in 12th CBSE as I was absent?

I've got 36 in economics, 80 in Hindi, 83 in physical education, 85 in political science but was absent in English (CBSE). Moreover, I am from Rajasthan state and studying in Maharaja Collage, Jaipur is my dream. I am expecting 72%+ after compartment exam & my best of 4 will be above 80%.

Sorry to say, but without clearing your class 12th, you cannot get admission in a college. The minimum eligibility is +2.
