Can I apply for admission in Bachelors course abroad for 2017 session?

I am 17 years old and I will turn 18 on 28th January 2017. My personal choice for admission is La Trobe University, Melbourne.

Hi, you can check if admission are open here http://www.latrobe.edu.au/study/how-to-apply/important-deadlines Certain courses will allow you to apply but will be difficult as you are an international student. Happy Birthday in advance.
