    Yes, a candidate can apply for admission at R V Teachers Training Institution if Class 12 result is pending. The institute may offer them provisional admission in this case. However, since admissions to the course offered is merit-based, the candidate must submit the marksheet and certificate of Class 12 once the results are declared. Only then the admission will be confirmed.
