Can I apply for admission? What is the last date ? Is there any cut off? I am in final year of my graduation and also pursuing CA.

Yes you can apply. For details kindly check welingkar's official site. You can also call them. The application process is still on. There is no official cut off but anything above 80%tile in cat/xat or above 90%tile in cmat will keep you in the hunt.
