Yes, students can still apply for MS in USA in Computer Science program if they don’t have background in this subject but you must have similar background that matches most required courses for admission. Having work experience in software development can be advantage or if you’ve pursued similar courses at other universities. International students need to meet admission requirements and give required test score for admission.
