No, candidates cannot apply for Assam University without CUET. Only candidates with a CUET score are eligible for admission. Alternatively, candidates who have passed TDC examination in relevant subjects as per the PG Admission norms of Assam University/UGC can apply. Qualified and modified Undergraduates as per the NEP/UGC guidelines are also eligible to apply. Ensure candidates meet the specified criteria for admission.
